Placing someone into long-term care can be one of the most difficult decisions a family may have to make, and the interaction between the community and the family will make or break this relationship. This program will help you understand what families often go through before placing a person into long-term care as well as giving them tools to understand how they view placement which directly affects how they view and interact with families. This program will provide our professional partners with the tools to create an effective care resource team, working alongside Artis Senior Living, in partnership with the families.
